If you cannot see your active subscription, you may be signed in with a different email address than the one used when the subscription was created.
Check your inbox for earlier emails from Rentola to confirm which email address was used when you registered.
The subscription may be on another Rentola domain
Rentola operates multiple local websites, and subscriptions are site-specific. This means a subscription created on one Rentola site will not automatically appear on another Rentola site.
For example, if your subscription was created on rentola.com, you may not be able to manage it while logged in on rentola.co.uk. The same can happen with other local Rentola websites.
If you are unsure where you registered, check your previous emails from Rentola and look at the website domain shown in those messages.
Your subscription may already be cancelled
If your subscription has already been cancelled, the cancellation option may no longer appear on the Membership page.
